Wicked Fit Club

This boot camp style class utilizes free weights, your body weight, and high intensity interval training to build lean muscle mass and rev up your metabolism.  This class works every muscle and leave you begging for more!

Times:  Tuesday/Thursday Mornings - 5:30 AM to 6:15 AM

Location:  Village Gym
