New Home Construction Application Materials and Information
Below are the mandated building permits for new home construction builds within the Village of Sherwood
**Note: Due to Annual Park Impact Fee escalator, 2024 fee will be $1,606.16**
- Driveway / Culvert Permit Application - Form is mandated to be completed even if the construction does not need a culvert.
- Doing some work on your own? Homeowner Construction - Municipal Agreement - Only needed when homeowner is doing tradeswork on home construction (i.e. not a licensed contractor with the State of Wisconsin performing work such as carpentry, electrical or plumbing).
