Splash Pad - FAQ

Requirements (per WI State Regulations):

• Temperature outside must be 63 degrees Fahrenheit or warmer.  (We go in accordance to the temperature featured on our Village homepage with our weather application.)
• Must not be raining (or have rain or inclement weather in the forecast).  Water feature shut down is subject to inclement weather.

To Turn Feature on:

• Gate is a safety feature - lift latch open on any gate to enter.  
• Locate one of the two green pillars inside the splash pad area and tap the button on top.  Splash pad runs in a 3-minute cycle. Pressing pillar button again to reactivate.

Hours of Operation:

• Open from Memorial Day (Monday) through Labor Day (Monday) annually.  
• Operating times are from 10 AM to 8 PM Sunday through Saturday.  If inclement weather occurs at 4:30 p.m. or later the Splash Pad will be shut down and will not restart that day.

Please note:  Splash pad feature automatically shuts down due to unforeseen mechanical or chemical-related issues without notice.  We apologize for any inconvenience in advance, but we will try and fix problems as soon as they arise.
